It comprises eleven new construction projects in metropolitan regions and thriving cities throughout Germany, the majority of which meet the climate-friendly KfW55 standard. The properties are located in cities including Hamburg, Kassel, Dresden, and Kiel. The most recent addition is a residential complex in the Weismark-Feyen district of Trier, comprising 94 units plus an underground parking garage, which was completed in early 2023.

Digitization of fund assets?
The digitization of real estate fund assets refers to the use of digital technologies and processes to optimize and automate the management, analysis, transaction and reporting of real estate assets held in funds.
The goal is to replace manual, paper-based, or time-inefficient processes with digital workflows and data management in order to increase transparency, efficiency, and accessibility.
