About the fund
The open special AIF "Core+ Residential Germany Fund" (CRG II) is a 100%residential property fund. It comprises eleven new construction projects in metropolitan regions and prospering cities throughout Germany, which mostly correspond to the climate-friendly KfW55 standard. The total investment volume of over 320 million euros alone is borne by a large German pension fund with 200 million euros.
The objects are located in Hamburg, Kassel, Dresden and Kiel. A residential complex in the Trier district of Weismark-Feyen with 94 units plus underground car park, which was completed in early 2023, is the latest object.

Digitization of fund objects?
The digitization of fund objects in the real estate sector relates to the use of digital technologies and processes in order to optimize and automate the administration, analysis, transaction and reporting of real estate assets that are kept in funds.
It is about replacing manual, paper -based or temporary processes with digital workflows and data management in order to increase transparency, efficiency and accessibility.
